The guys are very friendly and they are very thorough. They make sure that what you get is exactly what you need. For example, I went in thinking my shocks needed changing so they took it for a test drive and found out my shocks were fine, it was my breaks that needed changing.

Chris is the man who serviced my car. He told me what was going on with my car. Once he was finished explaining everything to me and he repaired it. I liked that he called me as soon as my car was ready. He also gave me pointers in car care because he knew I'm a new driver. I really like the service at the New Rochelle AAMCO they are good. I will be bringing me car back in the future for other services.
They were professional in looking after the car. They were professional and they were prompt. That is really what I got away from the experience.
My vehicle is running great, I can't complain it's doing better than it was before I brought it in the shop. They did what they had to do. He responded with in the amount of time he told me it was going to be done. The work was done properly. This is not the first time I have been to the New Rochelle AAMCO. I have recommended AAMCO to my friends.
The service was good, I did have an issue with the vehicle but I'll take it back if it turns in to anything. There was a rubbing noise so we are just trying to figure out if it's a break in period for the new part or a real issue. The service was great and everything was great. What I liked most was the honestly of the shop owner. He told me everything that was going on. It turned out it was not a transmission issue but a rear end issue. He was very forward about it, after going to two dealership that could not find an issue. AAMCO discovered it was a rear end issue and I was very fortunate for that. The dealership had put the wrong size tires on the rear of the vehicle which caused an issue.
Overall I was satisfied with the experience at the New Rochelle AAMCO. What I like most about it was that it's a good car, normal, and it's running well.
My Ford has been running fine, I did have to take it back to get the transmission readjusted because it did shift a little bit. However overall it's been running just fine. Great service and they returned the vehicle in a timely manor.
The guy was a very good mechanic. If you have any questions about the car they will take their time to explain everything to you. The guy at the front desk really nice and he took his time to explain everything to me as well. I have told many people about my experience at AAMCO and how nice they are.

I took my Chrysler to the New Rochelle AAMCO to get my muffler done. I found them to be very efficient. I liked that they talked to me the whole time. They gave me constant updates on the progress and what was going on with my car.

I took my Toyota Corolla to the New Rochelle AAMCO shop to get my air conditioning fixed. I left the car there and went to run a few errands and when I came back the car was fixed, it was great! Very convenient and my air conditioning is working terrific now!

Having work performed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee at AAMCO New Rochelle, NY was a pleasurable experience. The work was done fast, and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Chris was a pleasure to talk to, while I was waiting. I had taken my Jeep to two other shops prior to my visiting AAMCO. I was told of the same problem, but only Chris took the time to show me the problem, explained and emphasized that it needed to be taken care of right away to avoid a much more expensive repair. I highly recommend this shop.
I was one thousand percent satisfied with the service at AAMCO New Rochelle. I give 5 stars to everybody that works there. The customer service there is fantastic, they know exactly what they're doing. I've been dealing with them for years, Marco, the owner, Chris, Miguel, everybody there is great and will go above and beyond for you.
I called them when my Check Engine Light came on and Chris got me in right away and explained everything to me. He also really tried to save me some money, which was very helpful. The job was done when he told me it would be done. I had a very good experience and I am now a customer of this AAMCO because I'd certainly rather come here than go to Honda!
I have a good relationship with Chris there at this point because I have been there before. I like that I can call him anytime I feel I have a problem. They always explain everything tome when I come in. Chris went out of his way to help get my car inspected for me and I really appreciated that.
They were very courteous, professional and took the time to listen to all my concerns. As a customer, I was not rushed out of the office, they guaranteed to find the problem and solved it. They are very sure of their work and are family-friendly.
